Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returned merchandises which have been worn, washed or having tampered labels & tags.

We maintain a strict no return, no refund, and no exchange policy for all panties, girdles, and bottom wear due to hygienic reasons.

Skiva products maintain high-quality standards and undergo a stringent QC process. If you have received defective merchandise, you are required to inform us via chat within 2 days upon receiving the products. Any non-conforming returns will be rejected.

In cases where exchange or return of defective products are permitted, the products shall have to be in its original condition and returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
