For all services and destination countries, a shipping confirmation email is sent to you as soon as your order has been mailed.
According to POS Malaysia documentation, POS Delivery Confirmation does NOT include “Tracking”, although domestic shipments will typically have tracking updates available (keep in mind this is not always the case).
Domestic & International customers: Please note that POS electronic information typically only updates once a day, and can sometimes go days without an update. Do not fret about your shipment; this is normal behaviour. Rest assured that it is not affecting the delivery time of your shipment.
